I moved overseas to NYC in November 2014 to design Adobe Portfolio. When I took over the product was known as Behance ProSite and some preliminary ideas had already been concepted. As the solo product designer and creative director of this product, I worked on all UI and UX design, ideas/concepts, marketing, onboarding and brand, working with a team of developers/engineers at Behance (Adobe). Some 12 months later, with an MVP of the product successfully launched, I further developed the product inline with user feedback, and designed the next wave of features to position the product as a market leader.
A design case study (in the form of an article) about my first year at Adobe, in NYC, designing Adobe Portfolio. It introduces the product, shares insight into the design process, scans from my sketchbook and some specs/designs from behind the scenes.
